Where a customer uses the Service to process personal information about its own end users or contacts, that customer is the controller of such data and Automation Booster acts as a processor on its behalf, as described in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

2.1 Information you provide directly
Account and contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and business information.
Payment and billing information, processed through our third-party payment processor.
Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Log and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and actions taken within the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies used to operate, secure, and improve the Service (see Section 8).
2.3 Customer Data
When you use the Service, you may submit data about your own clients, leads, or contacts ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions, the Customer Subscription Agreement, and our DPA.

We use personal information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices; (c) send administrative messages, security alerts, and account notices; (d) respond to inquiries and provide customer support; (e) monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Service and prevent fraud or abuse; (f) comply with legal obligations; and (g) pursue legitimate business interests consistent with this Policy. We may send marketing communications where permitted, and you may opt out at any time.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests, provided these are not overridden by your rights.
5. How We Share Information
5.1 Service providers and sub-processors
We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and communications. These providers are bound by obligations to protect the information and to use it only as needed to provide their services.

5.4 Mobile and SMS data — no third-party sharing

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent (for example, for SMS notifications) will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Information obtained as part of an SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties.

6.1 General

6.2 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Customer Data is retained and deleted in accordance with the Customer Subscription Agreement and the DPA.
